Maya Mayr from Bozen/Rentsch

Even as a young girl, Maya Mayr was active in supporting BAS activists arrested after the “Night of Flames” – activists like Joachim Dunkl and their families. In 1967, she was arrested for supporting the BAS activists Karl Schafferer and Hans-Jürg Humer. After a year in pre-trial custody, Maya Mayr was released due to a lack of evidence.
