Eduard Wallnöfer from Schluderns/Innsbruck

Eduard Wallnöfer was not a member of the BAS, but as a provincial minister and – since 1963 – as the provincial governor of Tyrol, the politician (born in the Vinschgau) made his influence felt for the South Tyrolean BAS activists – especially for those living in exile in Austria. He can thus rightly be considered a BAS sympathizer.
